These terms apply to purchases from PintQuiz, a trading name of Lynch 369 Ltd (company no. 17522352). Lynch 369 Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
A digital quiz pack (PDF files) delivered by an emailed download link valid for 7 days. You get a non-exclusive licence to use the pack at your own venue, club, workplace or private event as many times as you like. You may print copies for players. You may not resell, republish or share the files.
Because the pack is digital content supplied straight away, at checkout you agree to immediate supply and acknowledge you lose the 14-day cancellation right once the download is made available (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). This does not affect your statutory rights: if a pack is faulty or not as described, we will fix it or refund you. We also offer a goodwill refund if you are unhappy - email us within 14 days.
Questions are checked against published sources, listed in the host script. If you spot an error, tell us and we will correct it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
